multi images lines subtitle

hi guys i have a subitlte from netflix it's a netflix arabic subtitle i get it from the streaming and i converted it to idx/sub subtitle using subtitle edit and bdsup2sub
the problem is that it's a multi images lines subtitle! what does it mean ?
well as u can see here there is many lines with two images with the same timecodes

the media player have to show the two images at the same time the first image is up and the second one under the first (down) like netflix webplayer does:

but unfortunately only netflix webplayer can do this other media players like VLC or Potplayer only show one image or show both images in the same place
i searched for a very long time for a solution for this problem but i found out that no one was having this problem before please help is there is anything i can do like merging the two images with any tool or anything that can show them right

This would not be two images. It would be one image with two lines.
