Is there a way to have PAL + NTSC mixed in a disk but also have menus? That means we have to use other dvd authorizing programs cuz SVCD2DVDMPG+ itself arent supporting creating menus yet. But i dont know which authorizing software that allows to have PAL + NTSC mixed. Please help.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

As far as i know no other authoring software allows you to mix NTSC & PAL. Have you seen the menu preview in svcd2dvdmpg+? Not good enough for your purposes?
SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
