Is there a software allowing me to have different offset at different part of the video?
e.g.
offset 1000ms from 00:00:00 to 00:30:00
and offset 2000ms from 00:30:00 to 00:45:00
I've consider to convert it to vobsub but the result is quite ugly...
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

In Subtile Edit import your .sup file. Make an OCR. Turn "Prompt for unknown words" off. Edit the subtitles to get the timing you want.
