Is there a software allowing me to have different offset at different part of the video?

    e.g.
    offset 1000ms from 00:00:00 to 00:30:00
    and offset 2000ms from 00:30:00 to 00:45:00

I've consider to convert it to vobsub but the result is quite ugly...

  2. In Subtile Edit import your .sup file. Make an OCR. Turn "Prompt for unknown words" off. Edit the subtitles to get the timing you want.

Reload the sup file and import the new time codes.

    Then export the file.

But this will align all lines at the same position but I would like to keep the position of the sub.
