I just bought a Pine DVD burner (really a Pioneer A05 for $30 less) that came with Nero Express - I thought, way cool, since I've been less than completely happy with Roxio and Easy CD creater.
It installed okay, but it won't let anything write to it's folder, including the other Nero software that came with the burner, or the update I downloaded from Nero's website! I get an error - "Access Denied" and no other explanation. I tried to uninstall it, but the uninstaller hangs forever. I tried installing it on another partition, just to see if the problem is consistent, and it is. Wierd! Annoying!
I am the administrator for my own computer, I tried restarting several times, etc. I tried it on both Win XP Home and Win XP Pro.
I think it's Nero Express 5.5012...
HELP!! Any similar experiences? Great ideas?
Thanks!
Aerik
