Please help - No audio when editing VSDC Pro

Hi,
I'm at my wits' end: For some reason VSDC Pro has stopped playing audio when I'm in editing mode. It plays when I preview my video. I have tried everything, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating and checking the Project Properties for the audio settings and it's set to 'Stereo'. The audio is correctly set on all the audio clips. Yet still I hear no audio when I'm in editing mode. I'm running this as 64 bit, my system is powerful enough. It hasn't been a problem before. It's driving me mad. Please can anybody help? I've watched all the YouTube tutorials but still the audio doesn't play. Thanks. Circe.

Post a MediaInfo report from your video here. Maybe it's a audio codec, that VSCD cannot handle.
