    Use Sonic Foundry Soft Encode.
    This program is the only one who can do this, afaik.

    The higher end dvd authoring packages have dolby digital encoding capabilities too. Only the better ones have full 5.1 channels instead of just 2 channels. Blame it on the greediness of dolby's licensing policy.
