    Hi folks,
    Is there anyone who can tell me how I can encode a movie with a bitrate higher than 192 bit. I´m using VIDEO CD PAL stream.
    TMPGenc does not support this bitrate and I really want to encode this movie.

    If you select the video cd pal template in TMPGENc it should be 224 kbit/s for the audio.
