  1. Just got the this card and I am having a slight problem. I am using virtual dub to capture, but when I play back the captured file, there is no sound. I am getting sound as the video is being captured. Any ideas?

First, Make sure that you have ATI sound out is connected
to sound card line in (external connectors). I guess
you have this because you can hear during the record.
Second, volume control properties for record - make sure
line in has a check mark to say its selected and its
    volume level is set accordingly.
(You can still hear sound during record from playback
properties even if record properties isn't set
    - so you have to check the record properties).
Third, if you are using the old vfw drivers, before
you record you must change the source to reset the
card. Such as if you are recording using composite,
switch to svideo, and then back to composite.

Hope any of these suggestions help.
