    You meant Arial Unicode MS and Lucida Sans Unicode.
    And FYI, Arial Unicode MS is a terrible choice for CJK characters.
    Choose an actual Japanese font, such as Meiryo, MeiryoKe_PGothic,
    or at least a very-recent version of MS Gothic.
    Also, original Unicode (UCS-2) and UTF-16 are more recommended than UTF-8.

  3. Subtitle Edit export..(VobSub sub/idx..)-> Subtitle Creator (Save SUP as..) -> DVDSubEdit (Modify Subpic Color)-> aply last modifications to all-> save all modifications
