    Hi What can i use to change the Bit rate of my Audio Formats?

    I Current have 192 needing 128.

  2. Audacity is free. You'll need Lame MP3 too.

  3. LameXP is another free easy to use option.

    You should start with your original source => 128kbps for better quality, instead of MP3=>MP3

    Audacity is a full on sound editor. Much more complex than you need for this.
    If you just want to transcode, use something like
    BeSweetGUI
    CdEx
    LameXP
    which let you select batch of files, your target format, and go.

    WinAmp, The Godfather, CDEx...Tons of progs can re-encode MP3...
