I'm not dressing up, but I am handing out candy. I decorate the windows most years, but not this time.

Not usually, but this year the Sunday evening dance group has suggested wearing orange and black, so I'm wearing my only black (a Tux) and picked up a free orange cumberbund and bow tie. Would have liked an orange pocket square to go with them but none matched.

Edit (reporting after the Sunday dance): my wife dug-up a pair of dark glasses with red LEDs positioned behind the lenses about where the eyes would be. Uses a 9 Volt battery and momentary switch via a long cord. Had the glasses on during the dancing and occasionally flashed the LEDs - the other dancers seemed to enjoy the effect.

  6. Was supposed to go to Halloween Party at a friends house Saturday night but the Noreaster we got hit with put an end to that. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive 1 mile with all the trees and wires down yesterday, never mind the ice and snow too.
Was gonna' be a cowboy (which is about 80% of my daily wardrobe any way), even have spurs that jingle, jangle, jingle and they still have the price tag on them from 15 years ago! Still no need to take it off I guess

Paleface is a classic, I need to rent it again.

As for Halloween, I went to a party on Saturday but I'm not dressing up on Monday.

That's a fun movie! But, the song isn't in it. It's a Tex Ritter tune.

We don't dress up at home to give out candy, but we can easily get 200 kids in our area. Unfortunately we won't be home tonight to give any candy out. Worse yet, we bought 2 big bags of candy before we realized it
Guess the Dr. get's to tell me to watch my eating again next week
