Target is to do video business in 50Hz PAL region (and not in 60Hz NTSC region).
Which method is better & Why?
Method 1: Set 50 fps in Camera while shooting, export as 25/24 fps from Video Editor & sell video to customer through DVD/Blu-Ray.
Method 2: Set 25 fps in Camera while shooting, export as 25/24 fps from Video Editor & sell video to customer through DVD/Blu-Ray.
DVD-video can hold 25fps & Blu-ray can hold 24fps; so, why to set 50fps in Camera? (Just talking about simple Blu-ray & not about UHD Blu-ray.)
Hoping this is correct forum-section for these kind of questions!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Blu-Ray can do 50 fps (720p50) so recording 50 fps makes more sense, IMHO. Also DVD supports 50 fields per seconds (interlaced).
Of course it may depend on the content you are aiming for. (Sports, documentary or Hollywood-like movie)
