cut multiple segments from 1 video >>> stream copy app?

I want the most lightweight software (with good UI) that can, for instance,

cut 1:30 to 2:00
cut 2:30 to 4:12
remove unchosen segments
stream copy and save as new file
delete old file

what is the best software for this SOLE purpose?

For frame-accurate edits VideoReDo or TMPGenc Smart Renderer. You'll have to delete the original file manually afterwards.
