Anoyne running Audacity on a 2K machine?

I'm having install issues (eror messages). It installed fine on my 98 machine....

Works fine for me. Audacity 1.0.0 on Windows 2000 Professional (workstation). I installed it as Administrator and normally run it as an account in the "Power Users" group. I've used it to edit everything from short audio clips to hour-long soundtracks. I don't do recording with it, though.

What error messages do you get?

Something saying my ZIP file was "read only, " or "corrupt" or a couple other terms I can't remember. I just fixed it by zipping the whole directory on my 98 box with a free program called "freezip" and carrying a floppy to my 2K box and unzipping it with winzip. 3 MB to 1.3 MB... Not bad for a free zipper. Audacity... a nice tool...
