    When you have the "Change Thumbnail" window open in MovieFactory run MFScene. You can now use it's expanded frame position controls. MUCH easier than the slidebar control. When you get the frame you want close MFScene. That's it. Very well done, you even get the source code.

    yeah I figured that one out. LOL. sorry about that. the tt taken out of the http just through me, plus the name moviefactory. I couldn't download it earlier because of work. But even the size now tells me it isn't warez. LOL.
