  1. Hi everyone,

After backing up a DVD using DVD Decrypter in ISO mode, I like to use the built-in tool to adjust the disc volume label to reflect the title; is there any way to disable (or grey out) the Joliet label area? Joliet doesn't seem to support as many characters as ISO9660 or UDF labels; yet if the field is left blank (but not greyed out) and I don't fill in a label, neither my DVD-ROM nor PowerDVD will display a volume label at all. However, if Joliet is greyed out to begin with, then the UDF label will be used, so I'd rather just stick with using ISO9660/UDF labeling only. Any way to achieve this if the original source DVD has Joliet labeling?

Hope my question makes sense. Thanks in advance!

UDF is long, ISO is not. Joilet makes ISO longer, but still not as long as UDF.

The easy option is not NOT use ISO mode DVD Decrypter. Use FILE. Reburn the folder set in Nero or something else where you can specify burn type to your liking.
