Hi have just purchased Toast 18
having terrible trouble with their so called tech support so am coming on here for hopefully some proper advice.
I have finished QT MP4s on my desktop that I want to burn to blue ray BDXL discs. They are 70 and 90 gbs in size.
When I drag and drop them into the TOAST template they are just showing up as 904kb in size in the information bar at the bottom.
I am wondering if it is a codec issue, the original IMOVIE projects have been saved as Apple Pro Res files 422, do I need to convert them
to H264 Codecs for TOAST to see the correct size ?. I am writing to a Pioneer ext BD Player that is 100 GB compliant, so that's not the issue.
Any help anyone could give me on here would be so grateful.
Thank You.
