Xmedia Recode crashes with NVENC 60FPS conversion

Title says all. Basically if I try to convert a 60fps video using NVENC the application crashes, but if I scale down the framerate to let's say 29.97 or disable NVENC, it works. If it helps, here's a sample video I uploaded for others to reproduce the issue:

Yup, I'm using a GTX 1050, and as for the drivers, the one currently installed is 388.00.

Can you post event crash log of Xmedia Recode, maybe from this can see what's the problem

You can try of course different program to encode with nvenc 264. I just try it in different program, no problem nor with nvenc Hevc. Tested in avidemux. If the question is just why software crashed, dont know. I have 1050ti with 4gb, 1050 has only 2gb, therefore I suggesting to use different software.
But the bitrate of original file is 738 kb/s for video at 60000/1001 with resolution 1280x720. You can't get similar bitrate with nvenc at reasonable quality. IMHO Even reencoded with cpu will affect picture quality at this bitrate.

EDIT: the video is full of duplicates and original file is 25 fps. Just for the record.

Sorry, don't understand if is it phrase. Nvenc supports two codec h264 and HEVC -> h265. Second is more powerful but of course more demanding, both should be supported by your card. The problem with hevc is smallest support of HW players. Not problem playing on PC.

Sorry about that. What I meant was if you know of a better application that uses NVENC besides xmedia. I've tried shareware/retail tools like DVDFab before, but while they do a half-decent job they seem to be of shady nature.

Avidemux, as I mentioned. It is easy to handle. Straight forward program.

You are on win 10 so shouldn't be a problem. But there is some negative reaction as well. But ratting 8/10 looks good.

One thing though, A's Video Converter also fails regardless of whether I use NVENC or not. Can anyone walk me through this?
