I don't understand your question.

If you delete what is in the box, you have to replace it with something. e.g. Do you want black ?

You can air brush or use clone stamp tool in photoshop or after effects

Are you trying to make the "path" thinner , and change the numbers ?

You can still use photoshop or after effects (photoshop extended can work on video) . Or you can decompress to still images, edit , then re-assemble into video . You might use masks and overlays to replace items as well

Same answer: mask out the numbers and replace them

It's easy to do for a static number , more difficult to do for changing numbers (because have to do multiple frames)
