How to automatic execute a function of "Codec Tweak Tool"?

Hi cats,

to ensure the use of any filters/splitter I need simply to execute, possibly via batch or in another way, this applet of Codec Tweak Tool:

and then "press" the "Apply and Close" button

I should execute this on the boot of windows10, but if possibly I don't wont do this manually. Is there a way to automatic execute this, via commandline or batch? thanks
