need help for MeGUI encode

i want encode (rip) " Beauty.and.the.Beast.2017.1080p.BluRay.x264.mkv " to a mkv or mp4 file with 800MB up 1GB with best setting and quality.
i search in this forum and other forum. and i found good setting for x264. like this

You can read about the command settings here. But it is complicated and I do not recommend it. If you really want it I believe Mis2x264 can also convert them (or maybe also Hybrid or StaxRip? I don't recall.).

In this case the settings are basically just preset "veryslow". The first one without tuning and the second one with tune "film". So you can just set the slider/drop-down to get the same settings instead of manually filling the custom command field at the bottom. For compatibility select level 4.0.

its good tool. but how can use it? means how paste converted x264 cli to MeGUI encoder setting ? i need to find out

No matter which converter UI you prefer ... if you try to compress a movie with full length (around 2 hours playing time) and 1080p resolution to 1 GB or even less, you will not enjoy the little rest of "quality" that remains. It will quite certainly look like vomit.

You want to reencode a film that was already reencoded once. A copyrighted film you downloaded illegally. So you're asking for help with copyrighted material, a clear violation of forum rules.
