    Same thing here - https://www.myce.com/news/microsoft-to-provide-paid-support-and-security-updates-for-w...ll-2023-85051/. But I think it only applies to business / Enterprise

    Yes it seems the key is "volume licencing" so it seems will be for companies and similiar that have one licence for more computers. So it will not be available for ordinary users. But there are plenty of users which....
