I am trying to synchronize downloaded subtitles to a video i ripped from a blu-ray but Easy Subtitle Synchronizer won't let me synchronize it because "The First and Last spoken subtitles must be not overlaping or invalid. Please repair the first and/or the last subtitles." i wióner how i do this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I don't use Easy Subtitle Synchronizer.
I would use Subtitle Edit and start by "Tools -> Fix common errors". SE offers several options for sync. Maybe you can just show the subtitles earlier/later. Or use point sync if you know first and last timecode from another subtitle. Or visual sync.
