    Sometimes when I check my tv recordings with ffmpeg for errors I get the following message:

    [mp2 @ 00000000036fefc0] Header missing
    Error while decoding stream #0:1: Invalid data found when processing input

    Is there any way to fix it (with ffmpeg or other program) without reencoding the audio stream ?

    you can try with ffmpeg.exe -i inputvideo.xxx -c copy outputvideo.xxx
