I am trying to create a bin/cue on a Windows XP computer using VCDEasy. The Mpeg2 file is 877MB, and when VCDEasy is done analysing it, the approximate disk size is estimated to be around 787 MB. But when the image file is created, the .bin file comes out to be 893 MB. Does anyone know how or why this is happening and what can be done to stop it?

You MUST multiplex the mpeg-2 as SVCD or else VCD easy pads the file to the right packet size and what you are seeing is the result.

Thank you very much. It was my SO who multiplexed the file (I'm trying to teach him my process) and he forgot set it as an SVCD instead of an Mpeg2 when he did so.
