  1. Greeting!

Actually I want some advises and opinions about my encoding commands, we are using "TS" Raw for detective C anime, and this is are settings commands

    Code:
    x264-10bit.exe --preset slower --crf 17 --ref 9 --deblock -1:-1 --aq-mode 2 --bframes 8 --subme 11 --psy-rd 0.40:0.20 --qcomp 0.67 --aq-mode 2 --aq-strength 1.2 --fps 24000/1001 --output "700-FE-.mkv"
or I have to change this commands if I use X265 ?

    Regards.

If you insist in fumbling with a dozen low-level parameters: Yes. Low-level parameters may differ between x264 and x265.

    See: http://x265.readthedocs.org/en/default/

Try to find some documentation about the high-level parameter "--tune animation". Compare with your choice. Try to understand why the "animation" tuning for cartoons is so different to your set (e.g. uses positive deblocking thresholds, instead of negative as in your choice).
