Hi Everyone,
I hope you can help me with my small problem.
I have an MKV file which has a DTS 6 channel audio soundtrack. The problem is that the sound is very low.
Is there a method of extracting the sound file and increasing the volume?
Any help would be appreciated.
Many Thanks.

Probably the quickest way to do it would be to convert from DTS to AC3 using Popcorn MKV Audio Converter

You can use dynaudnorm filter - it is implemented for example in ffmpeg.

for example this should work OK:
Code:-af dynaudnorm=p=1/sqrt(2):m=100
