  1. Hey guys,

I have a very complicated problem... I already asked 1000000 videomakers, but no one got a solution for me

So i gotta try it here.... My Problem:

I want to make Counter Strike Fragmovies (Game footage with lots of editing) and everything works, except for the most important thing: The resampling...

Normally you work with 1000 FPS video footage on such movies (because of the extreme slowmotion) and convert it down to 29,97 with resampling in Sony Vegas. So, the video looks way more dynamic besides clean lookin 30 FPS But the problem is: Sony Vegas wont resample it and i dont know why.

My projectsettings are: 1280x720 29,97 FPS

Everyone gets perfect looking movies like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MIiRf81WHU

And all I get ist this very undynamic clean rubbish: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtYC-HTJyos&feature=youtu.be

    PLEASE HELP ME, FIX THIS

  2. Right click the clip and disable resample (smart resample means frame blend when you do speed changes)

  3. Same result... Nothing changed at all....

  4. Were you referring specifically to the slow motion section?

There is no frameblending in your video in that section.

    What PDR said! AND......

    What's the original frame rate?

If it's real high, you will have to render in steps, or too many frames will get dropped. Half the framerate each pass, and keep working it down.

Then you will have a set of various speeds to work with, already pre-rendered.

As a general guideline, never exceed 2X speedup or half speed slowdown on one render.
