DVDFab keeps shutting down

I am having some difficultly with my DVDFab 12. When the software attempts to read the disc, the DVDFab 12 closes and another window opens up. It states that “DVDFab has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

This is the first time this has ever happened with any DVDFAb software.

How do I fix this? Enclosed is an attachment of the window.

is this a DVD or a Blu-ray disc your trying to copy ??
