  1. i basically just need to change the frame rate of the subtitles,how can i do that?

    brilliant! just one more question,is it possible to make vobsubs larger or smaller in size (dimensions) using MKVToolNix?

    currently they cover half of the screen,and i understand that text wraping wont change.i just want to make them smaller so it easier to tell what going on in the video.

    No.

    BDSup2Sub can do that. Or maybe with different player or player setting.
