    Is it really possible to full screen capture a high quality video?
    The stream quality is 3000 something. Its 1080P I think.
    What screen capture program would work?
    How good of a PC is required?
    Is Replay Video Capture or WM Capture considered the best?
    Will it drop a lot of frames?

    Than you sir. OBS works wonderful. Those other programs are junk. I thought they were the good ones. I was about to give up.
