    I'm encoding quite a few video files in megui and trying to use AAC audio. After every mux, I'm getting a consistent ~150ms delay in the audio. The source AVIs do not have this delay.

    My settings:
    QAAC Mode: True VBR
    Quality 91
    Profile LC-AAC (no delay)

    Decoder is LWlibavAudioSource

    Any ideas?

    Good suggestion to try. This is in VLC - do you know another player where I can dynamically shift audio and slow playback to test?

    Try MPC-HC. I use it for syncing audio to the video. Then you note down the offset and adjust the audio.
