AV programs like Avast, which I use, or AVG, which I used to use.
I know they offer the option to scan inside Zip or Rar archives, at the cost of slower performance.
But what about scanning ISO images of data (program) CDs or DVDs ? Are they as effective for those ?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

When in Las Vegas, don't miss the Pinball Hall of Fame Museum http://www.pinballmuseum.org/ -- with over 150 tables from 6+ decades of this quintessentially American art form.

not an iso. but you can open it with winrar and then scan the files from within winrar without having to extract it.
