The posted link might not work and you need to get a fresh one.
Open developer tools in Chrome.
That's done by right click -> inspect and open the network tab (before you start the video).
Start the video and you should find the link that will be something like this

https://sprtlive5.akamaized.net/hls/live/586261/NBCOlympics663eddfd/clear-1/exp=1628126842~acl=%2fhls%2flive%2f586261*~data=hdntl~hmac=daee1648777e94fc139d951e0779dadab75c674614184c26df10c7090c2ff6b6/VIDEO_1_4596000_vod.m3u8

Copy it and replace it in the command posted up there.
Now copy the whole command.
Open any folder where you want the video.
Type "cmd" up there in the address bar of windows explorer.
And paste in the black window.

Hmm, that's weird.
Did you properly install Streamlink?
Maybe you had an older installation of Streamlink and you didn't know?
Maybe you downloaded just an .exe and didn't install it?

If I remember correctly when I installed Streamlink, everything was default. And it works on my end.

Do you have a a folder like this?

You've grabbed a wrong link from the network.
Your link points to a single segment
video_529.ts

In the same folder from where you started the cmd and used Streamlink command.
I already explained you, you are not reading.
From the command u posted, looks like you started cmd from the start menu, so it opens (in your case) in
C:\Users\Lenovo
