I've been using Ifoedit to author my DVD's and I was wondering if there was any way to add chapters to my DVD?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Ifoedit 0.95 allows you to have chapter stops(actually cells). Look on Doom 9 they have a good guide on how to author with Ifoedit.

I've been to Doom9's website and the guides that I read only were to be used if you were ripping a DVD. I already had a Divx file before and converted it to an mpeg 2. I didn't have to rip the DVD so how would I create chapters manually?

When you author the DVD, you enter the video stream, audio stream and below that IFOEdit has another box for Cell Changes/Chapters.
There you enter the name of a txt file with cell times.
