  1. So im using MSI afterburner wiht the AMD VCE H.264 Encoder and im running into some problem editing that file, most programs crash or cant read the file at all and i have to reencode it wiht Handbrake. Can anyone suggest me some tips or maybe a fix for that ? Heres the MediaInfo. i tried x264vfw but somehow the video lags sometimes or keeps slowing down and my fps is wayyy better wiht the amd vce.
