I've used Macrium Reflect free edition and Acronis True Image WD edition (free edition requiring a WD drive to be installed/plugged in). Both have worked fine for me. In either case I install them and make bootable 'rescue media' - USB flash drives. Then boot the system to those USB sticks and either image the drive or clone it.

Clonezilla worked very well for me a couple of times. The result is a perfect clone, including boot sectors.
