  1. eac3to is confusing to me and I want to convert Dolby True HD to FLAC because I am retiming the anime audio from a USBD to the Japanese Blu-ray, and the rip I got online (I own the blu-rays) has one of the episodes in the Ture HD Audio Codec, and that specific audio doesn't sync with the Japanese Blu-ray.

Also I'm using the Japanese Blu-ray instead of the US Blu-ray, because the Japanese Blu-ray has better video quality.

I selected the source file, Clicked convert audio stream, selected the audio stream I wanted to convert but should detect audio volume be on No or Yes?
