I tried to use audacity for noise reduction & removal and Isolate Vocals (Remove Music and Keep Vocals), but it only makes everything lower. I am watching anime and I want to make OST music background remove, but keep character dialogue.

And I am also using spleeter but it shows this error message.

Music and fx are normally mixed across the stereo pair and dialog positioned in the centre, mostly. If you do your sum and difference algebra it is fairly simple to eliminate common material ie dialogue from the centre but the reverse is not so easily achieved. There are numerous variables to contend with, how it was mixed originally, what may have happened in the ripping process. Some studios actually will add deliberate small phase shifts to make it even harder to do what you are trying to achieve, both for copyright and intellectual property protection. For a simple stereo mix plus centre you have ( L+.5C) and (R+.5C) if you subtract one from the other you end up with (L-R) a mono representation of the difference, if add them you end up with (L+C+R) the total mono signal. If of course it's a modern surround mix then the who;e thing is further complicated.

The best you can do is fiddle with equalisation to minimise music and accentuate the voice range. Good luck!

I don't know -- I've never used the program. If it doesn't then extract the audio from the MKV file. And convert it to a supported format if necessary.
