    I am still requesting help with Redbox Download Manager for PC.

    Check the 2 uploaded images for error details

    I got it installed but, I get an error telling me to install silverlight

    I have the following version of silverlight install -

    Microsoft Silverlight (64-bit)
    Version: 5.1.50907.0

    Can someone please help me with this issue?
