Hardsubbing hard times...

Hi there,

First of all I'm not a native english speaker so please excuse my language and possible misunderstandings.
My purpose is to hardsub a video with the .ass I made with Aegisub in a appropriate way to make it easy to watch on youtube.
I mean allowing to slow down or move frequently through time without causing subs desynch I experienced during my newbie tries using Handbrake.
I also gave it a shot converting without subbing, and still a big freezing audio/video while time still running out.
As the newbie I am, I used default presets...

Here attached the Mediainfo files about the movie file I'm working on.
So, what do I have to do with this video file and Handbrake or other soft in order to keep its good resolution for youtube purposes and through hardsubbing it with my .ass ()
