    It's just something g I threw in to tell where it's at so it doesnt just look like it hangs if you had like 100 s of files.

    Thanks . but it shows as frames. and not files.
    It is in minutes , this was what i was looking for .
    when you have handreds of files, say in mp4 and in other formats, it is imperative, to make all those compatible to your device or else, some willl not play.
    some files video codec may supprt but not latest audio codec.
    when you run this program, it just shows which are different from the example file formats .
    it is easy to find if thre is any diffterent codec files are found and you need to convert these to compatible.

    Could you help me adding a line of same resolution in your formula to check, if the file contain the original resolution also in the formula you have given to me in post 21, please
