    got a samsung bd f5500 blu ray player for xmas, trying to connect it to a samsung LE22A tv but i dont seem to be receiving any signalfrom the player to tv. a message flashes up saying mode not supported. ive also tried connecting it to a sony bravia tv and still nothing. any help would be appreciated

    hdmi cable, a audio jack and a erthnet cable from the player to the modem. there isnt any other cable sockets. ive tried it with just the hdmi cable and still nothing

    have you tried a different hdmi cable??? see if your tv has another hdmi input, many tv's have more than one hdmi input on the tv's remote press the input button to switch the tv to hdmi
