I had been trying to convert the FFMPEG formula to Virtualdub for some time but I have no idea how to do it or even how can convert the formula to fir Virtualdub. I think it would be easier to just use FFMPEG but I do want to edit my videos and stop recording at a certain time. What should I do? Can anyone give e advice on how to handle all of them?

To upscale videos in Virtualdub set it up like this, here you can see an upscaled video,
originally 636x492 upscaled to 720p with pillarboxing.

Why don't you state what the actual problem is ?

There is no direct translation from one to the other.

But a basic understanding of the FFmpeg script should be enough to mimic the functionality of the script
    in the Virtualdub GUI

A Virtualdub processing settings script is created by first setting up the GUI the way you require
    and saving these settings
    File/Save Processing Settings

    Hope this helps
