I read somewhere that you can burn-in subs in XMedia Recode without re-encoding (as an overlay?). If this is true, I can't seem to get it to work. My understanding is that to add video filters requires re-encoding. The guide listed on the software page for hardcoding subs only shows how to hardcode while encoding.
Thanks for any clarification on this and apologies for the bulk of forum posts. Hopefully someone else can find this information useful as well.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
