  1. i have looked all over the place to try and find a way to convert a PAL xvid i have to NTSC dvd but have had no luck. can someone please help me i'm desperate! By the way, i do own this movie already.

  2. Sorry, I did post up suggesting guides for NTSC --> PAL conversion, then once it was up I re-read your question...

    Just follow the first post. You will need to know first in general how to use DVD2svcd and D2Sroba. Check out Doom9 for that.
    You will also need cinema Craft encoder. I have been using this method to convert Xvid and DivX PAL avi's to NTSC dvd(720x480) and svcd(480x480) for burn onto dvd. I have used it to convert at last fifty 45 minute episodes and it works flawlessly. In addition using D2Sroba you get multipass quality with just one pass. The newest version of D2Sroba also has the Requant transcoder built into it. VERY sweet.
