    Hi, I am totally new to this site. So quickly, i try to finish my thesis and wanted to ask if you can suggest me a free software so i can create a stream from an audio and video file.

    windows media encoder perhaps?

    or vlc does streaming.

    Hi, thank you for your replies. I know about the VLC program and that you can do streaming. I mostly want you to suggest me a free software that i can do the encapsulation of audio and video so then i can stream with VLC.
