In this video I sent, let's say that the rectangular or square area I made, is the target of the capture.

How to record the screen of a video or photo doing this? Is there any basic program? I was not able to do this by bandicam or another one that I have installed.

Understood? While I moving the recording area, the program would continue recording the area it passes through.

Also, I would like to know the technical name for this type of recording.

That is your rolling/scrolling/moving capture "window" (janela).

@Litaifff, It is not exactly what you are after but this would be easy for a video editing program. It's basic crop/zoom and pan. You capture the extremities of the area you want to pan across with a screen capture program eg Bandicam and then import that captured file and set up your crop/zoom and pan in your editor.

The result will be the same and you will be able to precisely control the zooming and panning, post capture, as opposed to dragging the box around in real-time.

I saw your file, I know how to do this in sony vegas but the whole process is boring. That's why I was looking for a program that was more basic and do that right over capturing without needing post editing. Do you think that may exist?

It may do, but I'm not aware of any programs that do what you want. Good luck!
