  1. I have video file. The video file format is mp4.2000. I tried to rename it to mp4 and it doesn't work. Do you have any idea how to open this type of file? Thanks in advance.

    No. Not without knowing exactly what it is....which is what GSpot does...it tells you exactly what kind of video you have there.

    Use MediaInfo, in Tree View, instead. GSpot's support for video containers other than AVI and MPEG is rather limited.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
