Hi, I downloaded a video and as my tv doesnot support auio m4a, i tried to change the audio to mp3 using the following command
ffmpeg -i input.avi -acodec mp3 -vcodec copy out.avi substituting with my files.
the proces went smooth and i got the mp4 output with a slight increase of file size.
The video ran well for about 11/2 hour of 2 hour movie without any sync problem
But after that, suddenly the audio overtakes the video and finishes first and the video closes later.
So, the play turned to a joke, by vdeo showing a male and a female voice, because of sync.
what is the reason for such thingss
Is there any fix for it.
Should i change something in the formula
i must say that there is no quality loss of video or audio
    expecting solutions

Hi, why no reply to my query. usually get replies in a day or two.
is the query not clear, please say so that i could reframe.
Should i use the original aduio and video bitrate to avoid this .
Is there anything else that i had to do.
Should the audio and video bitrate be the same
    please
